Who we are
We're a Sydney couple stepping out of Management Consulting to put twenty years of growing other people's businesses - Kate at Kearney, Marek at Kearney and GNG Partners, working with companies across Australia, Europe and Asia. Now we are ready to grow one of our own.
After a decade of handing over recommendations and walking away, we want to stay and see it through. We live in Sydney, our child is growing up here, and we're looking for a business to spend the next decades building.

Over twenty years of combined experience growing businesses with customer in mind - understanding real customer behavior and addressing their needs, while delivering value to business. Now focusing on one business instead of many.
Ten years in management consulting at Kearney. Focused on customer innovation, CX and human-centric solution design. Helped multiple Australian, Asian and European businesses to grow sustainably with customer in mind. In her free time enjoys yoga and travelling with family.
Twelve years in management consulting at Kearney and GNG Partners. Focused on helping Australian and European businesses with customer-led growth strategy, large scale transformations and data analysis. In his free time enjoys spending time with his son and DIY - currently building a backyard sauna.
